Good question! Well, there are several primary and secondary (some of them festering, oozing) reasons why I came up with the name FETIDUS, and for now I’ll leave any subtleties of meanings up to your clearly wily imagination. I will say, however, that the Latin definition of “fetidus” (or “foetidus” as some people insist on spelling it) means “foul-smelling,” “having a bad smell” or “stinking.”
